F3 | Feature Race | British GP | Lindblad takes home the win after crossing the line behind Voisin, Voisin losing his win to a 10s penalty after a wild race in Silverstone

James Wharton, Charlie Wurz, and Oliver Goethe, all received 10s penalties following yesterdays’ Sprint Race, those penalties converted to three place grid penalties for this Feature Race. 

Browning lines up on pole position, next to Esterson in 2nd place. The mass of the field is starting on wets, several drivers deciding to start from pitlane, changing to slicks last minute. 

Browning gets a great start and charges through Abbey with a great gap. A yellow flag waves for sector one as Shields spins. 

The Tridents of Meguetounif and Fornaroli switch places, before Meguetounif secures 3rd. 

The safety car then being released. Dunne and Wurz take this as their opportunity to change tyres. 

Voisin lines up his move on Esterson through turn 3, making his move stick, darting passed Fornaroli almost immediately after. 

Voisin takes a stab at race leader Browning, taking over the lead of the race and creating a 1s gap quickly. 

Lindblad makes his move on Leon stick for 7th place, Mini also taking 12th from Goethe. 

Inthraphuvasak is noted for safety car infringement. 

Dunne runs off the road, Flörsch taking defensive action and making contact with Beganovic as Dunne re-enters the track, getting airborne, bringing out another safety car. Dunne and Beganovic were able to continue on, but Flörsch found herself parked on the Wellington Straight. Tramnitz making his way into pitlane for wets as the rain starts. 

The rain gets heavier, forcing the drivers on slicks to box for wets, Voisin and Lindblad attempting to stay out on slicks. 

Voisin is given a 10s penalty for leaving the track and gaining an advantage, around the outside of turn 3 early in the race. 

Wurz heads into pitlane. The safety car will return to pitlane at the completion of lap 7. 

Browning and Voisin fight for 1st place through Abbey, Browning gaining the place as Voisin continues to drop to 3rd on his slicks. 

The incident between Dunne, Flörsch, and Beganovic is under investigation. 

Loake has front wing damage. Dunne and Montoya make contact with the AIX of Dufek, after Dufek and Sztuka make contact, Dunne and Montoya are pushed off the road, making massive contact with the wall, the three cars of Dunne, Montoya, and Dufek are out of the race, pitlane entrance closing due to the accident blocking the entrance. 

Loake lunges on Meguetounif, Meguetounif sustaining major damage, Tramnitz breezing passed Loake. 

Leon storms past Esterson, taking the bottom step of the podium away from him. 

James Wharton is up in 8th in his F3 Feature Race debut. 

Beganovic lunges past Mansell and Tsolov, Mansell attempting to fight back but running off the road. 

Leon lunges down the inside of Fornaroli through Stowe, continuing the battle for a few corners before taking 2nd place. 

Voisin breezes by Loake through Luffield, Lindblad storming up to 9th, Beganovic just behind. 

Lindblad gets by Van Hoepen and Meguetounif, before storming past Esterson almost instantly.  He then pips Mini, not far off of Fornaroli, tsking 4th from him. He continues his storm up into 3rd, Voisin fighting Browning for the lead, eventually taking it, leaving Browning it in risk of Lindblad, Lindblad stealing 2nd away from him quickly. 

Beganovic receives a 5s penalty. A yellow flag waves in sector 3. 

Voisin, Lindblad, and Mini have put 13s on Smith behind them, Voisin struggles to get away from the Premas, needing a 10s gap to void his penalty. 

Lindblad runs wide through Copse, managing to keep it on the road. 

Boya is noted for leaving the track and gaining an advantage.

Voisin crosses the line ahead of Lindblad and Mini, Lindblad taking the win due to Voisin’s 10s penalty.
