Practice 2 for the 2026 Indy NXT round at Arlington is in the books, view the full results ahead of qualifying here.
In first practice, Max Taylor absolutely smoked the field as he was quickest by over a second from Tymek Kucharczyk. The American and Polish drivers are looking like title contenders after finishing P2 and P3 at St. Pete. Championship leader Nikita Johnson was only 14th.
Beeton, Rowe, Hughes, Nannini, de Alba, Murray, de Tullio and Correa completed the top 10.
Once again turn 4 was a headache for the drivers. de Tullio was down there two minutes into final practice. Escotto, Etter, Koreiba also did it. The CGR driver would cause a red flag as he was stuck in neutral.
Heading into turn 9, Bryce Aron locked his brakes and ended up in the tyres, bringing out the first red flag.
A third red flag came inside the final 10 minutes as Myles Rowe lost the car over the bumps out of turn 6 and hit the wall. He broke his left front suspension and the front wing.
Yet again, Max Taylor paced the field. He was 0.468s faster than Seb Murray. Lochie Hughes completed the top 3 as he was a few thousands slower than the Scot.
