CSA Racing has unveiled its driver line-ups and liveries for the 2026 season of the GT World Challenge powered by AWS, as the French squad embarks on its second campaign with McLaren machinery.
The Kevin Chanas-led outfit enjoyed a strong debut season with the McLaren 720S GT3 in 2025, highlighted by a Gold Cup victory at Circuit Paul Ricard. Building on that momentum, CSA will once again field two full-season entries in 2026. Both cars will sport similar black and gold liveries, maintaining visual continuity while refining their class strategies across Sprint and Endurance competition.
By retaining stability in one car and refreshing the other, CSA aims to blend experience with fresh energy as it targets further success in a fiercely competitive field.
CSA Racing #111 retains proven core for 2026 GTWC Europe campaign
The #111 McLaren remains largely unchanged heading into the new campaign. James Kell and Arthur Rougier will contest both Sprint and Endurance rounds, while Simon Gachet joins them for the longer Endurance events.
Continuity forms the foundation of this line-up. Kell recently earned recognition as a McLaren GT3 Junior Driver, underlining his growing status within the British marque’s driver structure. Meanwhile, Rougier and Gachet both serve as factory drivers for McLaren, giving the team a strong professional backbone across all formats.
With established chemistry and shared experience from last season, the #111 crew enters 2026 with clear ambitions to convert consistency into silverware.
#555 introduces new Silver Cup trio
In contrast, the sister #555 McLaren features three new recruits for 2026. Romain Andriolo, Lorens Lecertua and Baptiste Moulin will spearhead the car’s Silver Cup challenge in Endurance competition.
All three drivers bring previous GT World experience to the programme. Notably, Lecertua secured an overall podium finish last season at Zandvoort, demonstrating his ability to compete at the sharp end of the field. Their combined experience should provide a solid platform as CSA pursues class honours over the longer race distances.
For Sprint events, however, the #555 will switch to the Gold Cup category. Andriolo will partner Gachet in that configuration, creating an interlinked structure between the team’s two entries and adding tactical flexibility to its campaign.
Building on a promising debut for 2026
After securing a class victory in its first season with the 720S GT3, CSA Racing now approaches 2026 with heightened confidence and clearer objectives. The blend of retained talent in the #111 and fresh ambition in the #555 positions the French squad to challenge across multiple classes.
As a result, CSA’s second year with McLaren represents not merely continuity, but progression. With two striking black and gold cars and a carefully assembled roster of drivers, the team has laid firm foundations for another competitive GT World Challenge season.
