American driver Everett Stack will continue with Team Motopark for the 2026 Euroformula Open season. The announcement makes Stack the first confirmed driver in Motopark’s line-up for the upcoming campaign. The German squad, based in Oschersleben, plans to field six Dallara 324 cars powered by Tom’s engines, maintaining its position as one of the largest and most competitive teams in the series.

Strong momentum from 2025

Stack enters his second season in the championship after an impressive 2025 campaign. The 19-year-old driver showed steady progress throughout the year and ultimately finished sixth in the overall standings.

His season concluded on a particularly strong note. Stack secured two victories at the Red Bull Ring and Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, while also claiming four additional podium finishes across the year. Those results demonstrated the American’s growing confidence and pace as he adapted to the demands of the championship.

Furthermore, before stepping into Euroformula Open, Stack gained experience in junior single-seater categories across the United States. The Virginia-born driver previously competed in Formula 4 and Formula Regional championships in North America before moving to the European-based series.

His first season with Motopark allowed him to refine his racecraft against a highly competitive international field while becoming familiar with some of Europe’s most challenging circuits.

The consistent improvement he displayed throughout the year convinced both driver and team to continue their partnership.

Stack eager for sophomore 2026 Euroformula Open season with Motopark

Stack expressed enthusiasm about continuing his development with the German team and building on last season’s progress.

“I am extremely excited to start the second campaign with Motopark. We had a great last year, improving a lot towards the end of the season. Hopefully, we can continue this run of success and maximize our results. I thank the team and my sponsors for this great opportunity.”

The American driver now aims to translate that late-season momentum into a stronger overall championship challenge in 2026.

Team confident in title potential

Motopark’s management also voiced strong confidence in Stack’s abilities ahead of the upcoming season. Roland Rehfeld highlighted both the driver’s work ethic and his integration within the team.

“We are happy to have Everett for a second consecutive season, which shows his trust in our team. Thanks to his great work ethic and humble style on and off track, Everett has become a respected driver within the team and the paddock, with several wins and podiums last season. Naturally, for 2026 he should be able to fight for the championship and current testing shows promising developments.”

With Stack confirmed as the first driver in its roster, Motopark has begun shaping its line-up for another ambitious season. The team’s six-car programme underscores its commitment to remaining a dominant force within the Euroformula Open paddock.

For Stack, the upcoming campaign represents a major opportunity to transform his strong finish to 2025 into a full-season championship challenge.
