F1 Academy have announced their new partnership with female driver development programme, >= More than Equal, ahead of the season opener in Shanghai. >= More than Equal joins the series’ acclaimed list of official partners, joining brands like Charlotte Tilbury, PUMA and Tommy Hilfiger in the paddock.
>= More than Equal joins the grid to become the series’ official driver performance and research partner. Driven on driver development through data and research, insights from experts through this new partnership would hope to provide drivers’ on the 2025 F1 Academy grid and females in senior karting categories a wealth of knowledge in mental and physical development.
Beginning with a physiotherapist who is set to travel alongside the 18 drivers on the F1 Academy grid, further collaboration between both organisations hopes to spur a wide range of initiatives hoping to cultivate young female talent.
Purposeful and significance of the new partnership
F1 Academy’s Managing Director, Susie Wolff, has often been vocal about female involvement in the world of motorsports. Wolff expressed the significance of the collaboration between the two organisations and is hopeful for this advancement for the sport.
