Lance Stroll will miss Bahrain testing because of a bike accident in Spain. He is expected to make a quick recovery.

Aston Martin has just announced that Lance Stroll is set to miss F1´s tests in Bahrain starting on Thursday after an unfortunate bike accident.
The team statement read that Lance Stroll had a minor accident while pre-season training on a bicycle in Spain. The Canadian driver sustained minor injuries that were not detailed by team but will sit him out of the pre-season test. However, the team remains hopeful that Stroll will be fit for the Bahrain Gp.
“Lance is however expecting a quick recovery and return to driving duties. His fitness to return to the cockpit will be assessed daily and the team will issue an update ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix.”
Stroll, who will drive alongside new teammate Fernando Alonso, is determined to recover as soon as possible and showed his excitement ahead of the 2023 season beginning in Bahrain.
“I’ve had an unfortunate accident whilst training on my bike in preparation for the season. I am determined to get back in the car and I am excited about the season ahead with the team. I am motivated to bounce back from this setback as quickly as possible.”
