Racing Bull has revealed the VCARB 02 livery at the 2025 F1 Season Launch event at London’s O2 in celebration of the sport’s 75th anniversary.

Following the livery reveal, the 2025 challenger will first hit the track during winter testing in Bahrain later this month.

Racing Bulls will enter its 20th season in F1 with Yuki Tsunoda and rookie Isack Hadjar at the wheel of the VCARB 02.

Hadjar completed the 2025 grid in December, following Perez’s exit and Lawson’s subsequent promotion to Red Bull.

Racing Bulls close midfield fight in 2024

The team, determined to improve its performance, closed out the 2024 season eighth in the Constructors’ Championship after a close-fought battle with Alpine and Haas for sixth.

Tsunoda kept RB in the fight by achieving seventh place, RB’s highest points finish, at the Australian, Miami, and Sao Paulo Grands Prix.

Tsunoda also performed excellently in Qualifying, highlighted by his brilliant third place in Brazil.

While the future of the Japanese driver was confirmed early, the status of the second seat remained uncertain.

As the 2024 season kicked off, experienced Daniel Ricciardo completed the driver line-up.

The Australian, who recorded his best result, a fourth place, during the sprint race for the Miami Grand Prix, mostly failed to deliver on the expectations.

Ricciardo left the Racing Bulls after the Singapore Grand Prix, where he impressively clocked the fastest lap of the race.

From the US Grand Prix in Austin onwards, 22-year-old Liam Lawson took over the cockpit vacated by Ricciardo.

Expectations for 2025

Following the post-season promotion of Liam Lawson to the Red Bull sister team, Racing Bull continued its strategy of promoting young talent by selecting Isack Hadjar to complete its driver lineup for the upcoming season.

F2 championship runner-up Hadjar and Tsunoda, who will enter his fifth season with the team, will look to come out on top in the tight midfield fight.

Racing Bulls midfield charge will start with the season opener at the Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne on March 14th, 2025 following their livery launch.
